I started doing LTCs & Artist Trading Cards in August of 2008.

I hand carve rubber stamps and some of my cards will use images from those. I am a beginner in watercolor arts and some other media. All of my cards are handmade. They are not "prints".
My original watercolors are here at Art In Hand.

Colors of an American Veteran

Zeb Thomas Brendle
The Colors of an American Veteran
Zeb Brendle was born and raised in the Alarka Mountains of western NC. He was the son of Thomas & Betty Brendle. Husband to Viola Bridges. He was stationed in Normandy in WWII. He was a logger, fisherman and beloved man of the Appalachias. He was my grandpa!

This image is from a 2 layer hand carved stamp.
The image was then shaded and colored for a limited edition.

Zeb Brendle was my grand father. I am the daughter of his daughter Betty Jane Brendle. Thank you for your art. I loved him dearly, he gave me some of the fondest memories of my childhood.
